Add 3 Cups of your preferred ice cream to the blender.

Add 1.5 cups of Apple Cider  to the blender.

Add 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein to the blender.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of Cinnamon to the blender.

Lastly add your toppings.  We chose caramel drizzle, cinnamon, whipped cream & a cinnamon sugar donut.
