Ingredients

Cranberry Bliss Blondies Recipe

For the Blondie 1. 2 cups brown sugar 2. 2 cups Bisquick 3. 4 eggs 4. 1 teaspoon vanilla 5. 1 cup dry cranberries 6. 3/4 cup white chocolate chips Frosting 1. 4 oz cream cheese (softened) 2. 1 teaspoon vanilla 3. 2 cups powdered sugar 4. Juice of 1 lemon Decoration 1. ½ cup dry cranberries 2. 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Mix together all the ingredients for the blondie and pour into a greased 11x13" pan, or two smaller pans. 2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 3. Cool before frosting. For the Frosting 1. Mix together until smooth & spread over cooled blondie. 2. The frosting will be very creamy, feel free to place in the refrigerator or freezer to harden a little before topping with decoration or serving.  For the Decoration 1. Cut blondie into bars. 2. Sprinkle cranberries over the top. 3. Warm the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish for 15 second intervals and stir in between.  4. Drizzle over the top of the bars.
