The hardest part about taking a baby to the other side of the country? The time difference. My whole inner white rabbit has completely fallen of his perch and lost his pocket watch, early is late and late is early. You know that feeling when you were allowed to stay up late on a school night and you were so excited, and then that piercing alarm rang out when you felt like you’d just drifted off to sleep and your first thought was ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And then evening came and you were like, LET’S DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!
Exactly.
Overall, we’ve all adjusted pretty well, but the mornings, oh the mornings.
Although it is a little easier to swallow when I wake up to this.
And this isn’t so bad either.
