Last week we set out on an evening adventure with one enchanting senior. The first time we set out, we were rained out. But this evening? It was perfect. We were racing that quickly setting ball of golden light the entire time, but this girl didn’t need anything extra, she worked it and rocked it and everything in between. We had a blast and talked about life… the now and the future. Something that, once graduated, too many of us do too little of.
By the time our light had faded behind the farthest tree line, we improvised… pulling off to the side of a quiet (well, we thought it was going to be quiet, but ended up dodging cars the entire time) road and aiming the lights at the beauty standing in the center making for one of my favorite moments, and favorite shots!
We love you Desiree, and we’re so proud of you!

Great photographs! My portraits (on the odd occasion when I give it a try) are nowhere near that good. Hence the reason I look at what other people do to give me ideas, ’cause that sort of creativity is not my gift. Cheers!
