Happy Sunday everyone! Today is National S’mores Day and we’re celebrating America’s favorite summer treat with an entire week dedicated to the various forms of that classically delicious s’more!
Since it’s the peak of summer heat where we live, and by that I mean is HOTTT, sometimes we just want a cold refreshing treat and just the thought of sitting ’round a fire is enough to make beads of sweat drip down your forehead. So up first on our delicious journey down S’mores Lane this week is an out of this world s’mores milkshake. To be honest, I wasn’t sure that I’d even like it at all, and it ended up being one of my absolute favorite treats!

First we roasted a few extra large marshmallows in the oven under the broiler. It only takes about half a minute, so watch them closely! Then we blessed up a little milk and ice cream, added some marshmallows and garnished with a little chocolate syrup, graham crackers and mini marshmallows… so good!

My kids couldn’t keep their hands off my cup, hope you love yours as much as we all did! And you’re a s’mores fan, then stick around for more mouthwatering recipes coming your way all week long!
