With Aliyah recently being in a wedding, we found ourselves with a good amount of ‘waiting’ time on our hands. Being on location early in the morning for photos, time was our gift. And since I wasn’t the wedding photographer, I had plenty of time to fill myself.
One thing I’ve noticed is that this girl knows how to fill time.
She just finds a spot she likes and gets herself ready to be photographed.
I guess that’s what happens when you grow up around a camera… you either ignore it (which happens often as well), or you start posing yourself whenever you see a nice rock, or patch of grass, or tree, or up-side-down bucket to sit on.
And most times, she’s sitting there while I’m saying, “Wait, hold on! I don’t have my camera out!”
I need to learn my lesson.
