These photos were originally taken with my iPhone and posted on Instagram. The collage I created in Photoshop for those of you that have asked. If you want to find me, I’m on Instagram as TabithaBlue and would love to “meet” you!
I’ve had to learn, again, the sheer importance of a mother’s job and the comfort her embrace can bring. This week, in the midst of the normal… three kids and juggling crazy work, volunteer, school and kid schedules, and while we should be packing to move next week and for a 5 day work trip (with Skylar as a tagalong) a cold knocked my two boys down on their backs. So while my thoughts would drift to packing, and errands, and laundry and housecleaning… I played mama nurse (and still am). Most of the things I always feel I should be doing have been neglected while I do what I really am supposed to do, the greatest and most important task of all, being a mom. Even when it is slow and messy.
Happy Hump Day to you.
Link up some of your highlights from the week below, I’d love to see!

School germs are just the worst. My kids got sick within a few weeks of being at school. Happens every year – it’s just so much worse when you also have a baby at home that seems to get it the worst! Hope everyone is better now.

I hear you on the school germs! My kids brought home a virus that totally knocked me down (and ruptured my eardrums). Fun times, huh?
