…. at a softball game.
Watching my husband and the guys… and girls play hard.
I, of course, was working very hard from behind the fence.
Hard, round sporting equipment and I don’t mix very well. I’ve had my very large share of injuries, and I’m completely content with accepting my role from a safer location.
But these guys are more than ready to suit up.
Honestly, I think the most fun is actually had behind the fence. We have things like bubbles…
and the cutest little mascot,
and lots of snacks and friends.
Who needs all that sporting gear anyway. In fact I don’t remember watching much of the game. Did we win? Yeah, I think we did.
I use the term we very loosely.

Wow! I think only YOU could make a softball game look attractive! I’m not a sporty person either as I had more than my fair share of injuries as a child (and adult)! These pictures are fabulous. I’m especially partial to the mitt, the bats, and Baby Blue on the fence!

Thats funny. I miss it. I played for many years. I used to think I’d be one of those moms at tournaments with my kid in a pack n play over in the shade. But I hung my bag up 5 years ago and kind ‘retired’. Im actually subbing this year on a team, trying to gradually get back into it. We’ll see how that goes.
That is nice that you go and are so supportive and look at those GREAT pics you take.
